Greek Cheeses

This year I’m staying in a studio with a small kitchen. The studio is about the size of a NYC studio apartment. So, the supermarket is familiar, and I love the cheese counter. So many choices and all delicious.
Prices are in euros per kilo (about 2.2 pounds per kilo)

  1. In America, we pasteurize everything. It means we will never have cheese like this. Why must we do this when the rest of the world gets along fine without it? Well, one more good reason to go to Greece!
