You plan to meet for a coffee around 1pm. You choose a table in the shade. Someone is usually a bit hungry so maybe you order a couple of small plates. A couple of hours go by. The sun comes around, so maybe someone moves to a shady chair. It’s now middle of the afternoon, warm and sunny, so you move back one row to the shady table. Now it’s time for a beer. Before you know it, it’s 6 pm and the only reason you leave is that you have an 8pm dinner appointment on the other side of the island. This is how to have a Greek coffee. Nice.
